Another manifestation of the anger of Shiva is Batukabhairava or Youthful Bhairava, worshipped mainly in the North of India as a boy accompanied by a black dog. Both the Kala and Batuka Bhairavas have attributes in common; the severed head of Brahma, the sword and the trident.
